They say that millennials see the world through a different lens and the internet is their lifeblood, but that is not a universal rule. The internet is an essential part of everyone’s life today, but it will never diminish the most important aspect of commerce, which is people.

My formal business education makes the technical aspects of the mortgage industry an easy grasp, and a 10-year tenure with the same retail employer provided me with tremendous insights into human nature. Research indicates that millennials, like people of all ages, rely upon the internet for research, but when it is time to begin the mortgage loan process, they want a steady hand to guide them.
